I enrolled in the Leadership course with Ms. Karen not knowing what to expect. We were provided instructions for readings to complete throughout the week from John Maxwell’s book and discussed the chapters in our weekly sessions. What I loved most is Ms. Karen’s ability to take your issue, dissect it, and provide a leaders response. Her experience is so vast that her conversation requires you to think outside of your mental box. She meets her students where they are and push their leadership skills forward. Putting processes in place to be successful and having foresight. Leaders are not managers, they inspire and motivate. The lessons I learned are invaluable, take the course!
